Important Note:

Still Air Boxes (SABs) are an excellent sterile solution for beginners, but they are not a substitute for a laminar flow hood or FFU. While they can significantly improve success rates, there's still a minor risk of contamination during sensitive procedures like agar transfers or spore-to-liquid culture work.
