This jar will colonize extremely fast and the design allows the cake to simply slide out when finished. These jars have been known to colonize in as quickly as 14-20 days!

• Each jar contains a 24 ounces of nutrient-enriched organic rye berries and a mixture of mineral water fortified with gypsum & diammonium phosphate. This new blend features higher ratio of small grains allowing for faster colonization times.
• Each jar comes with a premium 0.22 micron Filter disk
