We use only use certified organic popcorn grains. Popcorn makes a fantastic spawn, since it has a great consistency and provides solid inoculation points. We fully hydrate and then sterilize the popcorn grain at 15psi for 120 minutes. This allows us to provide the highest quality hydrated grain possible.
